How does the BF1 Drive work? – well the BF1 drive prevents the pedals from turning while driving forward. The rider can take breaks from pedalling while moving forward and therefore minimizes the risk of injuries.

To go backwards, you brake the go-kart using the backpedal brake until you come to a standstill and then when you kick the pedals backwards, the reverse gear is automatically engaged. To move forward again, simply stop reversing and start pedalling forwards again.
